Valiant Health Solutions (VHS), LLC provides classes, programs and services to autistic and neurodivergent children, teens, young adults and supports their parents so they can get good grades, find friends, find jobs, take care of themselves and enjoy life. We believe that everyone deserves to be healthy, happy and live their best life!

VHS was founded  by a member of the neurodivergent community with input from the health professionals who serve them. While there are many clinical services for social skills, counseling, occupational and physical therapy many community individuals and parents are frustrated.

• Clinical services are primarily for individuals, tied to insurance, or not covered by insurance and costly to get into

• Depending on where you live, there may be no services or long waiting lists to get into specific group programs

• A lack of neurodiversity affirming services available

• The lack of evidence that the clinical and community services out there really work

• There are few opportunities for fun, community-based programs and activities for neurodivergent teens and young adults once they are out of elementary school

• The lack of movement-based education and activities to promote health and well-being

A common frustration shared by parents and mental health professionals is that once clinical services are done, their recommended community services such as social skills for tween girls are not available in the community.

Our services are evidence-based and evidence-informed, vetted by our neurodiverse and autistic team and we know that they work. 

We strive to ensure our services fill the “need gap” the neurodivergent community experiences. We know from personal experience how bewildering it can be navigating important youth milestones like senior prom, first job, entering a new social group, starting college and many others. We bring our personal experience with empathy and compassion as we support you on your journey. 

We are based in Washington State and ANYONE, in ANY State can sign-up for our online/Zoom courses and services.
